Philip Kolon, Director

Phil Kolon has been the lead Project Director for several challenging projects since the early 1990s, beginning in Scotland with Morrison Construction and Tarmac Construction Limited. Having achieved an executive role, he then founded PKoloncc, first engaged in Canada through Norton Rose Fulbright to support Carillion Canada with highways and a light rail subway project.

Brentnol Archer, Schedule Manager

Brentnol Archer has over 17 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management, nine years of which he has practised in Canada and eight years in the Caribbean. He brings to the PKCC team expertise in Project Controls Management; including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management and earned value management

Graham P. Hensby, Commercial Director

Graham Hensby has managed and controlled major construction projects in the UK, Caribbean and Canada for over 30 years, beginning with Wimpey Construction in the North East of England in the mid 1990’s. Graham made the transition from Wimpey Construction to Tarmac Construction and then to Carillion Caribbean, before joining Carillion Canada in 2010; gaining the knowledge that comes with being engaged in a broad range of construction activities including, schools, commercial building, water treatment facilities, highways, bridges and major infrastructure, including healthcare facilities, light rail and transit projects.

Determining Claims Strategy for Bespoke Projects

Assess the facts and contract to determine the key matters that have caused the project to overrun schedule and/or cost. A recommendation will be provided with proposals for the resolution.

Adjudication & Arbitration

Quickly assess issues for clients with a common-sense approach and, in collaboration with clients/legal counsel, determine strategy for any event.

Alternative Dispute Resolution by Mediation and Third-Party Recommendation

Assist clients in preparing and presenting their position to a mediator or third party and determine the most effective way to present persuasive arguments.

Expert Reports for Scheduling Analysis

Common sense analysis of the available information involving the use of P6 Oracle software. Importantly includes an analysis of all contemporaneous records to give a 360-degree assessment of liability.
